Refund Policy

Please review our refund conditions carefully before booking.

  • For countries with a visa-free regime and countries where a visa is issued upon arrival:
    • 14-8 days before the start of the tour: 30% of the total cost of the tour
    • 7-4 days before the start of the tour: 50% of the total cost of the tour
    • 3 or less days before the start of the tour: 100% of the total cost of the tour

  • For countries with a visa regime:
    • 21-15 days before the start of the tour: 30% of the total cost of the tour
    • 14-8 days before the start of the tour: 50% of the total cost of the tour
    • 7 days or less before the start of the tour: 100% of the total cost of the tour

  • Special conditions apply for high season bookings
    • If the Tourist cancels the tour, which falls during the period defined by the partners as “high season”, the costs incurred by the Tour Operator in an amount not exceeding 100% of the cost of the ordered services, regardless of the date of booking, are deducted.

  • Due to the different requirements of hotels, transport companies and other entities providing travel services, the costs of the Tour Operator for organizing the tour may differ from those specified in clause 5.2 (these tours are defined by the Tour Operator as special). In this case, the Tour Operator's expenses shall be reimbursed by the Tourist in accordance with the booking conditions published on the Tour Operator's website, booking confirmation, or in the booking letter in an amount not exceeding 100% of the cost of the ordered services, regardless of the date of booking. If the Tourist cancels the tour or air transportation, the issue of refund for air transportation is resolved in accordance with the rules and tariffs of the airline. If the travel product includes air tickets for scheduled flights or atypical charter transportation, the terms of sale and cancellation of such air tickets apply to the Tourist, as provided for by special airfares for scheduled flights or special conditions of charter programs. The airfare for scheduled and charter flights may be non-refundable. Failure of the Tourists to appear at the place of the start of the provision of tourist services in due time is considered a refusal of the tourist product. In case of no-show of the Tourists for any reason or in case of other obstacles to travel that do not depend on the Tour Operator, the expenses incurred by the Tour Operator in the amount not exceeding 100% of the tour price shall be withheld from the Tourist. Refunds are made within 7 working days from the date of application. Bank commissions. Banks may charge a fee for transferring or receiving funds from a card or account. When transferring (receiving) funds, the Travel Agent pays only the commission charged by the Travel Agent's bank. The fees charged by the Tourist's bank are paid by the Tourist. Payment Rules

Full payment is made by bank details. After confirming the tour, payment is made to the company's bank account. Full payment in cash. Booking without prepayment for 48 hours. For tours on charter flights to Turkey, Egypt, Greece, Italy, if more than 30 days before the date of arrival, you can book a tour without prepayment, in which case you will keep the cost and reserved tickets, the hotel is in a waiting status. After confirmation and payment of the tour, electronic vouchers are issued by e-mail, the printing of which is not required. At the request of the Tourist, vouchers in printed form can be obtained by means of:
